So,
Welcome to fall! Who thought summer was faster than last year? I did!!!
But, I caught up on some excellent books, including:
Tiger's Destiny by Colleen Houck (8)
This book was amazing, though sad and scary at some points. Sure, I cried a few times, but it was because the book was soo good! I didn't like some of the sacrifices though, if you readers know what I mean!
The Girl of Fire and Thorns by Rae Carson (7.5)
I liked the main character, Elisa, because she seemed to actually learn throughout the book unlike some of the other characters i have read about. she was intelligent and sly, which made the book amazing! But, definitely was a shocker at one point, or three.
The Demigod Diaries by Rick Riordan (6)
I read most of this book, the ones with the Camp Half-blood people like Luke, Thalia, Annabeth, and ... Percy! I can't wait for the third book in his Roman and Greek mixed kind of books...The Mark of Athena!!! :D
Wings of the Wicked by Courtney Allison Moulton (6.5)
This was the sequel to Angelfire. The plot is explained below for Angelfire, but I am not going to say anything about this one or else it would ruin the book for you! but, shocker!
Angelfire by Courtney Allison Moulton (7)
This is the first book, the second is above. So, this girl was chosen for a job like a monster-killing job to defend the innocent humans. There are a few problems with this though: she is a human, she lives a human life, and she's amnesiac. Hope you like it! I did! :D
But, that is all for now. I hope I will be able to post again soon!
Check out my friend Bookworm's blog! Her's is "bookworm's bookshelf."
Keep reading, comment on this blog, and tell your friends to spread the word! :D

Oy
Have you ever wanted to do something so badly, but never had the time? Do you put the bothersome thing in your to-do list (yes, i have one, and it has a pencil always next to it!) and never do it?
Yes folks, i have a thing to share.
I have been wanting to update my blog page... but i have been super duper busy lately.
Remember, back way back in May, how i said that i would be able to read so much more?
Nada. Nope. Not happening.
Summer has gone by like a flash of lightning. Excuse my unneeded simile there...
so here folks,
here is the list of books i have been reading!!!
I will put their rating, and ONE sentence about each, because it is really late... :D
Also, instead of Bookworm's stars ratings, i do one to ten (ten = the most amazing book that would win a gold place at the booklympics :) like harry potter or the tigers saga)
-Angelfire by Courtney Allison Moulton, 6.5, "good plot, didn't get bored, strong-ish main character, interesting relationships, all in all a good book"
-Nevermore by James Patterson, 7.5, "urg... the ending... i am a Dylan + Max kind of girl, no offense to Fax or anything.. but i didn't really understand the whole Ooo, i am dead but i'm not but hooray kind of plot, but I loved it anyways because its Max!"
-Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor, 6.5, "i was a bit shocked, it had an odd cover but I loved the book. really good characters, amazing twists in the plots, plenty of surprises!!!"
-Nightspell by Leah Cypress, 6.5, "eek, MANY surprises, seriously... i liked it though because it kept it interesting!!!
-Lola and the Boy Next Door, 4, "Well... I didn't like it that much. I didn't like any of the characters (well, i guess cricket was okay, and of course anna and st. clair!) and I didn't enjoy the 'Its all romance' kind of plot. I just like 'twists' of romance, Bookworm!!!"
-Mistwood by Leah Cypress, 6, "I liked the main character, she seemed strong and did what she wanted to do, and she was smart and creative and kept the book interesting with her ideas!!!"
my classicalish reads for homework:
-Of Mice and Men
-The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time
Don't worry people, i have read a bit more then this, but I am unsure about some of the authors names... until next time then!!! :D
What do you think about the books your reading? interesting? goodplotted? Great characters?
Share, I would love comments!!! :D

Happygrl Got an Idea...
Hi Everyone!
So, Happygrl got an idea.
Not always good, but sometimes can be!
Tell me what you think in "comments!"
What should I add? Any cool gadgets, website ideas, or books you know about?
Remember, you can access the whole blog from the tabs, so you don't need to reenter the URL!
I'm going to post my reactions to books, instead of what I have been doing lately. I will just put in how I felt about a book, and you can comment what you did too!
Check back often! Visit our whole site!
Thanks,
Happygrl
Keep on reading!
